Subject: Non Refund of Rs. 3997 and harassment of a Senior Citizen.
Dear Gopal Vittal,
There seems to be some development since sending you the first and second Part of this ongoing represntation, for better or worse I do not know.
Received a message yesterday at 4.05 PM from Twitter Team which is reproduced below in italics:
Hi, we have tried calling you multiple times but the calls were unanswered. We want to look into this & get it resolved. That's why, we are calling you please share your preferable time. Thanks, Vikas B.
Replied at 4:34 PM with the following message reproduced in bold:
On one hand you are saying you called without seeking my permission on the other hand you are now asking me to advise preferable time.
Kindly recall how many times I have requested you all to please call me back. But arrogant authorities never responded.
However you may call me on Monday between 4 to 6 pm. But first let me know the name and designation of the person who wishes to make a call. Further, I will be seeking his/ her permission to record the conversation . If the permission is granted then only I will talk.
Meanwhile, you may wish to comment on my blog about the case.
Kindly note that my mobile log is not showing any missed call.
Now coming to the point, Gopal. I have not received any call ever from Manager Indore Airtel Centre, Nodal Officer MP, Nodal Officer Karnataka or any other Officer from your incompetent/arrogant/unprofessional Service Team. Though I have requested all of them to please call back.
If they have any proof of trying my numbers , kindly tell them to furnish the proof here itself in the comments section.
Please tell Vikas, designation not known, to kindly refrain from making false claims.
Please also tell your employees not to treat me like an employee. Enough is enough.
I have tried all possible channels like personal visits, requests for call backs, emails and twitter too. Now let me try this blog, please.
Now it is upto your willingness and competence to find out what is ailing Airtel.
The saga of Nodal Officers Karnataka and MP CG will be continued to be narrated in the next week, tomorrow onwards.
