To,
CEO- Airtel
Subject: Non Refund of Rs. 3997 and harassment of a Senior Citizen.Dear Vittal Gopal,
This is further to the First, Second, Third and Fourth Part of the Ongoing Presentation on the above subject.
Gopal, morally you are so weak that you or anyone from your teams have not even bothered to acknowledge these open letters addressed to you which are being sent through emails also. But rest assured, even future generations will also be able to access these blog articles and will analyse your teams' incompetence, arrogance and criminal intent in denying Consumers' legitimate refunds and denial to take action against harassment of a Senior Citizen by your team at Indore.
Kindly go through the details given below thoroughly to understand how not only Refund has been denied but even harassment of a Senior Citizen has been condoned by the Nodal Officer MPCG.
In this context, kindly go through the following emails chronologically by clicking on the links provided:
My Email dated 29/5/2002 to Nodal Officer for refund of Rs. 3997 and action against Airtel Centre Indraprasth Centre Indore for the harassment of a Senior Citizen.
Email dated 31/5/2022 from Nodal Officer MPCG plainly refusing to refund the amount despite being fully aware of the developments since May 8, 2022. He completely ignored the harassment of a Senior Citizen. It is his inaction which has aggrieved our family the most.
My Email dated 31/5/2022 addressed again to Nodal Officer MPCG drawing his attention to all the facts ignored by him so maliciously.
Email dated 1/6/2022 from Nodal Officer MPCG in which he just copied his previous email with minor edition and disdainfully rejected our contention without at all refering to our points in this and the previous emails. I am sure this arrogance is part of Airtel's culture, Gopal. This epic reply from Nodal Officer can never be forgiven by our family. This was a sort of a challenge to us by your team. And the second bigger challenge has come from your refusal to acknowledge our presentations. Both the challenges seem to pronounce loudly, arrogantly: Do whatever you want to do!
My Email dated 1/6/2022 to Nodal Officer and Copied to Appellate Authority.
My Email dated 1/6/2022 to Appellate Authority MPCG highlighting the blatant attitude of Nodal Officer MPCG.
Email dated 1/6/2022 from Appellate Authority.
My Email dated 2/6/2022 addressed to Appellate Authorities with a request for the transfer of the case to Head Office.
Gopal, just introspect: Airtel has been complaining about Govt. Levies and has been expecting free airwaves, free spectrum etc from the Country. And now you want free loot also from thousands of hapless Consumers!?
