Request you to kindly go through my Direct Message to your Expert Service Team at Twitter sent yesterday on 2/6/2022 at 10:15 AM, copied below in italics:
Airtel_Presence: By now you must have realised that there are two issues interlinked. One is about Non-refund and another is harassment of a senior citizen who was made to visit five times from May 8 to May 10 in the scorching heat and was kept waiting endlessly in Indore Office during the period. I wish to talk to the highest authority in Airtel responsible for services about this. Only the highest Authority please. Request you to kindly arrange a call back from her/him today between 4 pm and 9 pm. In case , if i do not receive a call from her/him, would be free to post all details on a blog to be seen by everyone including the posterity.Thanks and Regards.🙏🙏🙏
As I have not received any call from any person since the beginning on May 10,2022 despite repeated requests including the last one pasted above; have decided to approach you directly.
Your service team is saving a lot of Airtime! You should really issue commendation letter to them. Now, I am not requesting any calls from you or your so-called experts. Let us communicate through this channel only. You please continue to save Air-time/Call-time and Stop refunding altogether. Soon you will be a Fortune 500 Company.
You or your Expert Service Team also can give reply in comments section. No comment will be edited , I assure you. All your letters will be posted here for the benefit of all in the most transparent manner. All netizens are welcome to send comments in the comments section. Only abusive and threatening comments will be deleted.
Gopal, I will give you full opportunity to justify non-refund of International Roaming Pack and you can also justify harassment of an ordinarily dressed senior citizen with white hair who intruded your Indore Airtel Centre and soon was exposed to the wonderland of Airtel you control so admirably and so professionally. Now I fully understand what it means when I read at your web-site: Welcome to the World of Airtel!
Request you to kindly go through the case by asking information from your Nodal Officer MP/CG and Nodal Officer Karnataka.You will be really proud of them!

DeleteThis is not a professional way to run a business. Airtel need a proper customer service department. We always pay the charges as required, and still, We have to face such issues.
DeleteIn this situation, as being CEO, I request you to take the necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.
